摘要
基于"5.12"汶川地震后高坝安全形势,结合我国高坝规模与抗震安全特点,参照世界各国高坝抗震设防标准对我国高坝抗震标准与安全目标提出若干观点和建议。
Based on the safety situation of high dams after ＂5.12＂ Wenchuan Earthquake, some viewpoints and proposals on the seismic fortification criteria and safety target for the high dams in China are put forward herein under the consideration on the scale and characteristics of seismic safety of high dams in China with the references from the seismic fortification criteria for high dams of the relevant countries in the world.
