岩沥青改性高模量沥青及其混合料的研究 被引量:3

Research on High Modulus Asphalt and Its Mixture Modified by Rock Asphalt

摘要 以埃索AH-700沥青为基质沥青,通过对不同掺量的青川、北美、明星三种岩沥青改性沥青的性能试验,研究了岩沥青掺量对改性沥青使用性能的影响;采用AC-16沥青混合料,以动稳定度指标评价了不同岩沥青掺量的岩沥青改性沥青混合料的高温性能,并与同掺量的“Domix”和“车辙王”两种抗车辙剂进行了对比试验。结果表明:国产天然岩沥青对基质沥青及混合料性能的改善与北美天然岩沥青的改善效果差别不大,存在类似的变化规律,即随着岩沥青掺量的增加,改性沥青软化点和针入度比不断增加,改性沥青混合料的动稳定度大幅提高,但当岩沥青的掺量超过8%时,动稳定度值提高不明显。因此从性价比考虑,建议首选国产岩沥青改性剂和其最佳掺量宜为8%。 Taking the Esso AH-70 # as base asphalt, the performances of modified asphalt with different mixing amounts of NES rock asphalt, UINTA1TE mastic asphalt and MX rock asphalt are studied by a series of tests. The high temperature performances of AC-16 modified asphalt mixture with different mixing amounts of three kinds rock asphalt are evaluated with the dynamic stability, the paper compares the same contents of "Domix" with "Rutting King" anti-rutting agents. The results indicate that there is a little difference of modified effects between the domestic rock asphalt and the Gilsonie. There is similar tendency, that is, the softening point and the penetration ratio of modified asphalt gradually increase and the dynamic stability of modified mixture is raised greatly with the increase of mixing amount. However, there is no obvious effect when the mixing amount is bigger 8% .Therefore,taking the high performance-price ratio into account, the domestic rock asphalt is the best choice and its optimum content is 8 %.
