摘要
目的:对白花泡桐花的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法:利用硅胶色谱柱层析进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从白花泡桐花中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:洋芹素(Ⅰ)、木樨草素(Ⅱ)、橙皮素(Ⅲ)、柚皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、熊果苷(Ⅴ)、4-羟苄基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)、落叶酸(Ⅶ)、1-乙酰基-2-(3′-羟基)十八烷酸甘油酯(Ⅷ)。结论:上述化合物均为首次从本植物花中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the flower of Paulowniafortunei. Methods: The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis. Results: The compounds were identified as: apigenin( Ⅰ ), luteolin(Ⅱ ) , Hesperetin( Ⅲ ) , Naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅳ) , Arbutin ( Ⅴ ), 4-hydroxybenzyl-β-D- glucoside( Ⅵ ), abscisic acid (Ⅶ ) and 1-acetoxy-3-hydroxypropan-2-yl-3-hydroxypentanoate (Ⅷ). Conclusion : All these compounds are obtained from the flower of this plant for the first time.
