摘要
研究不同碱性试剂对结合橡胶的影响,并以乙二胺代替氨为碱性试剂对原有结合橡胶测定方法进行改进.进而研究结合橡胶与复合材料力学性能的关系,探讨矿物填料的表面改性对结合橡胶的影响.结果表明,结合橡胶含量从一个侧面反映了填料与硅橡胶基体相互作用的程度.
The study begins with the effect of alkaline reagent on the bound rubber; and the modification of method for measuring bound rubber by replacing ammonia with ethylendiamine as alkaline reagent. On this basis, the authors inquire into the relation between bound rubber and mechanical properties of complex material; and into the effect of surface modification of mineral fillers on the bound rubber. As shown by the results,the content of bound rubber as a lateral face reflect the extent of the interaction of the filler and the substrate of silicone rubber.
