摘要
港珠澳大桥是一座跨越珠江口伶仃洋海域的大型跨海通道工程,设计使用寿命120年。非通航孔桥宜选取结构体系简单的连续梁桥方案,应具备单元标准化、制造工厂化、安装大型化、细节精细化、控制信息化、维护便捷化的特点。从跨径、主梁及基础三方面进行比选,推荐采用120 m跨径的钢桁叠合连续梁桥,上、下游对称分幅布置,预制沉井,整体式墩身。为解决结构的耐久性问题,叠合梁叠合面钢板采用喷铝防腐保护;钢桁杆件采用箱形截面,接头采用焊接接头。
The Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a mega sea crossing spanning the Lingdingyang Sea at the estuary of the Zhujiang River and the designed service life of the Bridge will be 120 years. For the non-navigable spans of the Bridge, it is preferable that a continuous girder bridge having simple structural system should be selected and the bridge should have the advantages that all its major units are standardized, the manufacturing is industrialized, the installation can be implemented in large scale, the details are refined, the control is information-based and the maintenance can be easy and quick. In comparison to the three aspects of the span length, main girder and foundations, a 120-m span continuous girder bridge of composite steel truss is recommended. The bridge will be arranged in two symmetric and separate parts upstream and down- stream and will be provided with precast caissons and integral pier shafts. To ensure the durabili- ty of the structure, the corrosion protection of the surface steel plates of the composite truss will be aluminum-sprayed and the members of the steel truss will be designed as the box sections and the joints between the members will be welded.
