摘要
分析了铸轧法生产的3004铝合金的内部组织,解释了3004铝合金板在进行深冲时产生开裂的原因,通过不同试验方案,提出了提高3004铝合金板材的力学性能,达到很好的深冲效果的具体措施。
This thesis analyzed the internal structure of 3004 aluminum alloy produced by cast- wiling method, and explained the cause for crack when 3004 aluminum alloy plates were deep drawn. Through various experimental plans, specific measures were put forward to improve the mechanical properties of 3004 aluminum alloy plates and to achieve excellent deep-drawing effect.
