摘要
针对某型发动机涡轮叶片材料K417激光冲击强化后残余应力在高温下松弛的现象,分析了残余应力松弛的机理,并运用灰色理论建立了温度作用下残余应力松弛的灰色预测模型。该模型的计算结果和实验结果吻合良好,精度较高,为激光冲击强化后残余应力松弛的预测提供一种可行的方法。
To explain the phenomenon of residual stress relaxation in high temperature in a certain aero-engine's turbine blade after Laser Shock Processing(LSP), this paper analyzes the mechanism of residual stress relaxation. Then a model for the prediction of residual stress relaxation affected by temperature is established based on grey theory. The calculated results by means of the model are in good agreement with the experimental ones, which prove the feasibility of this method.
