摘要
研制出电流型时域介电谱仪,克服电压型时域介电谱仪的缺点,提高了测量灵敏度.用苯样品作对比测量,得出电压型谱仪无法观察到的苯的慢效应;在石蜡样品中,发现慢线型参数α2<1/2的新结果.提供一种检定极微量杂质的有效、方便的手段.
A time domain dielectric spectrometer of current type is designed to overcome the shortcomings of the time domain dielectric spectrometer of voltage type and the instrument sensitivity is enhanced.The slow effect of benzene which has not been observed by voltagetype spectrometer is obtained with the currenttype spectrometer.It is found for paraffin that the slow lineshape parameter is smaller than 1/2.The new currenttype spectrometer is shown to provide an effective and convenient method for detecting the tiny inpurity of hydrocarbon.
