摘要
本文以《物权法》相关规定为依据,通过深入理解其立法精神,分析现行征地拆迁补偿中存在的诸多问题,在此基础上,对征地拆迁补偿提出相应的完善及改进意见。
According to correlative legal rule of Property Law, this article analyzes many problems of actual compensation of land requisition and removal through comprehending the spirit of Property Law. On the basis of that, Some options to complete and improve the compensation of land requisition and removal are listed.
