摘要
如何有效地利用公路交通资产管理的方法,对公路设施进行管理,确保交通资产最大程度发挥作用,是当今交通领域关注的问题之一。该文首先介绍了公路交通资产管理的含义及其管理内容;然后通过美国联邦公路管理局(FHWA)关于美国诸州实施交通资产管理的成果报告,对目前世界上先进的资产管理方式进行介绍:大量应用数据信息技术及对已有交通设施进行资产评估,是确保资产管理顺利进行的重要保障;最后,针对国外先进的管理经验为我国公路交通资产管理的实施提供可参考的建议。
How to efficiently utilize the asset management method of highway traffic for managing the highway facilities and ensuring the traffic assets play role in the greatest extent is one of the issues for attention in the current transportation field. The article firstly introduces the meanings of the highway traffic asset management and its management contents, and then introduces the advanced asset management mode in the world now according to the achievement report of the traffic asset management implemented in USA issued by Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). A great deal of application data information technology and the asset evaluation of the existing traffic facilities are the important guarantee for ensuring the asset management go on wheels, in the end, provides the referable suggestions for the implementation of traffic asset management of highway in China in view of the foreign advanced management experience.
