摘要
建立主要工作装置的三维实体模型和动臂的虚拟样机模型,以COSMOSMotion软件为平台进行运动学和动力学仿真,并将动臂在铲斗挖掘、斗杆挖掘、混合挖掘三种典型工况下的原始载荷情况从COSMOSMotion中直接输出到有限元分析软件COSMOSWorks中进行强度和结构分析,得各工况下动臂应力最大时的有限元分析结果,为物理样机的试制和和产品的优化设计提供了依据。COSMOSMotion和COSMOSWorks的联合仿真降低了仿真的难度,提高了分析的精度。所采用方法,对于同类产品的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Firstly the three-dimensional model set is up about the main working equipment of the vehicle and the virtual prototype of the boom. Secondly the working course of the boom simisulated by using COSMOSMotion , exported the simulation result into COSMOSWorks and carry out FEA in COSMOSWorks under when the vehicle was excavating under three typical instance. Lastly the simulation result anaislyzed, which establishes foundation for the trial-manufacture of the sample and the optimization of the manufacture. The joint simulation based on COSMOSMotion and COSMOSWorks reduces workload and difficulty, and ensures the simulation precision which is helpful for the design of other manufacture.
