摘要
本研究调查了浙江省内9所聋校、启智学校特殊教育教师的情绪劳动状况。结果表明:特殊教育教师情绪劳动策略中,自然表现、深层表现使用较多,而较少使用表面表现。多元方差分析显示,年龄的主效应在自然表现上差异显著,老教师的自然表现显著高于中年教师和青年教师;性别与年龄的交互作用在表面表现上差异显著,不同年龄段的男教师在表面表现上呈现出显著差异。小学教师学历与职称的交互作用在深层表现上差异显著,在本科以上学历的小学教师中,不同职称的教师在深层表现上有显著差异。特殊教育教师情绪劳动表面表现越高,情绪倦怠的水平就越高。
In this study, status of emotional labor of teachers working in 9 special schools in Zhejiang province are investigated. The results indicate that special education teachers usually choose to use natural acting or deep acting rather than surface acting; Multivariate test shows that there is significant difference of age' s main effeet in natural " ' acting, and old teachers natural achng is slgmficantly higher than that of teachers m other age groups ; There is significant difference of interplay of gender and age in surface acting and there is significant difference of male teachers in different age groups in surface acting. While in deep acting, there' s significant difference of the interaction of teachers' education level and title of technical post, and there is significant difference of teachers with different titles of technical post among those with at least Bachelor's degree. Moreover, the special education teachers who have higher surface acting have higher emotional exhaustion.
