摘要
目的:观察温阳散寒法配合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为两组。治疗组25例,采用温阳散寒法基本方药联合化疗;对照组25例,单纯用化疗。结果:近期疗效有效率治疗组为64%,对照组为56%,2组比较,差异不显著(P=0.56>0.05)。生活质量karnofsky(KPS)评分总有效率治疗组为80%,对照组为44%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P=0.009<0.01)。毒副反应方面:治疗组骨髓抑制发生率为64.0%,对照组为88.0%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05);恶心呕吐发生率:治疗组为92.0%,对照组为96.0%,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。1年生存率比较治疗组为64.0%(16/25),对照组为40.0%(10/25),两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温阳散寒法配合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌,有提高患者1年生存率,减轻毒副反应,提高生活质量的作用。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects on treating middle - later stage lung cancer by warming yang and dispersing cold treatment combined with chemotherapy. Methods：50 cases of middle-later stage lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group （25 cases） was given chinese medicine herbs（ by treatment above） combined with chemotherapy and the control group was only taken chemotherapy. Results：Compared to 2 groups,there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05） in life of quality, the incidence rate of suppression in bone marrow and one - year survival; otherwise,latest effective rate , incidence rate of nausea and vomitting had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： In treating middle -later stage lung cancer by the traditional chinese treatment above combined with chemotherapy could improve one - year survival and life of quality , decrease toxic and side effect.
