摘要
目的:探讨8周健身健美操二级和五级锻炼期间视觉诱发电位P100潜伏期的动态变化规律。方法:选取月经周期规律的健康非体育系女大学生志愿者31名,随机分为3组,二级锻炼组(n=9)和五级锻炼组(n=12)分别进行为期8周的大众健美操锻炼标准二级或五级规定动作锻炼;对照组(n=10)按原来作息规律生活。采用NDI-200(海神号)神经电检诊仪分别于锻炼前、锻炼2周后、4周后6、周后、8周后及8周锻炼结束恢复2周后,对所有受试者视觉诱发电位的波形进行记录分析。采用SPSS 15.0 for windows进行统计学处理,差异显著性检验采用重复测量,显著性意义标准采用P<0.05。结果:对照组VEP P100潜伏期的6次数据间均无显著性意义的差异(P>0.05)。锻炼组VEP P100潜伏期均随锻炼周期的增加呈现逐渐缩短的趋势,且这种改变具有可逆性。五级锻炼组锻炼4周后、6周后、8周后及8周锻炼结束恢复期2周后的P100潜伏期都显著性短于锻炼前的数值(P>0.05)。结论:P100潜伏期对健美操锻炼具有一定的敏感性,可因运动锻炼而产生可逆性缩短;健美操锻炼对P100潜伏期的影响存在有强度依从性,即锻炼强度越大,潜伏期缩短越明显,持续时间也越长。
Objective : To investigate the dynamic changes of P100 latency of visual evoked potentials during 8 - week aerobics exercise with the Chinese National Aerobics Grade 2 and 5 separately. Methods: 31 healthy female college students of non- physical education department with normal menstrual cycle were selected as subjects and divided into three groups randomly, the Aerobics 2 group (n=9) and the Aerobics 5 group (n= 12) for an 8- week aerobics exercise with the Chinese National Aerobics 2 and 5 respectively; the control group (n = 10) in accordance with the original life schedule. The neural electricity device of NDI- 200 was used to record and analyze the visual evoked potentials of all subjects before exercise, after 2 weeks, 4 weeks later, after 6 weeks, 8 weeks and after the end of the resumption of two weeks respectively. SPSS 15.0 for Windows used for statistical treatment, using repeated measure ANOVA, significant criterion used by the P 〈 0.05. Results : There was no significant difference between the six data of VEP Pl00 latency in the control group ( P 〉 0.05). In the Aerobics groups, the VEP P100 latency has a gradually shortening trend with the training cycle increased, and this change was reversible. In the Aerobics 5 group, the P100 latency values after 4 weeks, 6 weeks later, after eight weeks and after the end of the resumption of two weeks were significantly shorter than the pre - exercise value( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : P100 latency of VEP has a certain sensitivity to aerobics exercise and became shorter with Aerobics exercise, but these changes were reversible. The effects of Aerobics on P100 latency were exercise intensity compliance. That is, the greater the exercise intensity, the more obvious shortening of P100 latency and continuing longer time.
