摘要
脱硫设施投入运行后,在保证SO2脱除效率、达标排放和满足环保要求的同时,研究如何对脱硫设施进行优化设计,以达到节能减排的目的具有重要意义,对脱硫系统优化,使其以更经济、节能的方式运行将成为烟气脱硫技术发展的重要方向。针对湿法烟气脱硫系统(FGD)优化节能影响因素进行分析探讨,通过工艺选择、设计、设备和运行之间的关联,提出对应提高脱硫系统节能的措施。
After the gas desulphurization facility putting into operation, the SO2 removal efficiency and emissions standards are insured and the requirements of environmental protection is meet, at the same time, it is very significant to study how to realize optimum design of gas desulphurizafion facility to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing emissions. For the optimization ofdesulphurization system, it will become an important development direction for gas desulphurization technology to make it more economical and energy-saving. The factors that affect the optimization and energy saving of wet FGD are analyzed. Based on the correlation of technology selection, design, facility and operation, the measures to improve the energy saving efficiency of FGD are put forward.
