摘要
南水北调东线一期山东段工程共有7级泵站，泵站的管理在工程建成运行中占据十分重要的位置，如何对泵站进行科学管理，决定着南水北调工程效益的发挥。在比较国内外调水工程运行管理特点的基础上，分析自运行与委托的管理模式、管养一体与管养分离的管理模式的优缺点，进一步探讨南水北调泵站运行管理模式，为泵站工程的管理工作提供依据，对山东省南水北调泵站工程建设期向稳定运行期的转变有一定的积极作用。
There are seven grades of pump stations in the first stage of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in Shandong province. The management to pump stations has important effect for the whole project running.. How to manage the pump stations scientifically is crucial to the benefit of the project. Based on the management character of the water diversion project, it analyzed the advantage and shortcoming of the models of self management and commission management, also the models of management and maintenance, including integrated and segregated model. It also discusses the management model of the pump stations and provides the way for the manage work of the pump slation in the future. All of that will have some positive effect for the transition of construction stage to the stabilized running of the pump station.
