石墨表面Al_2O_3/SiO_2复合涂层的抗氧化性能 被引量:2

Antioxidation Behavior of Al_2O_3/SiO_2 Composite Coating Prepared on Graphite by Sol-Gel Process

摘要 400℃下的石墨不能有效地冷却热气溶胶,且抗氧化失重性能差。采用sol-gel法在石墨表面制备了Al2O3/SiO2复合涂层,探讨了Al2O3粉末对涂层抗氧化性能的影响,研究了涂层的组成、结构形貌及抗氧化性能。结果表明:sol-gel法制备的Al2O3/SiO2复合抗氧化涂层除了少量的微孔外,比较致密完整,涂层主要由无定形的SiO2和Al2O3晶体组成;涂层700℃氧化40 min后失重为1.866%(质量分数),800℃氧化30 min后失重为2.750%(质量分数);Al2O3/SiO2复合溶胶中加入适量的Al2O3粉末能有效提高涂层的抗氧化性能。 In order to improve the oxidation resistance of graphite at high temperature, Al2O3/SiO2 composite coating was pre-pared on the surface of graphite by sol-gel method. The composi-tion , morphology and oxidation resistant performance of the compos-ite coating were analyzed. And the effect of Al2O3 powders on the antioxidation behavior of the composite coating was investigated based on isothermal oxidation experiment. Results show that the composite coating is quite compact and integrated containing a fewmicropores, and it is mainly composed of amorphous SiO2 and crystal Al2O3. The weight loss of the graphite with coating is 1. 866wt% at 700℃ for 40 min, and 2.750wt% at 800 ℃ for 30 min, respective. Moreover, the introduction of Al2O3 powders contributes to the effective increase of the oxidation resistance of composite coating.
