摘要
现代制造业的发展和人才需求,迫切需要跨学科人才培养模式的研究和实践。本研究以建立一个培养适合现代制造业发展的跨学科复合型创新人才的教学体系为总目标,提出了跨学科复合型人才培养的模式、知识体系、支撑体系和硬件环境等设想,着力于个性化创新能力训练和大工程背景下的工程训练。
Due to the development of modem manufacturing industry and its talents, it is very urgent to study and practice the interdisciplinary talents training model. This paper aims at proposing a teaching system of the interdisciplinary and creative talents training to meet the development of modern manufacturing industry. It also puts forward several new thoughts on the model of interdisciplinary talents training, knowledge system, support system and hardware environment, of which the focus is personalized innovation ability training and engineering practice under the background of the larse engineering.
