摘要
以HCl-NaCl浸出铅锑合金氧化吹炼渣得到精制PbCl2,用Na2CO3将其转化为PbCO3,然后在对前驱物PbCO3的热重-差热分析基础上,通过450℃和640℃高温分解3h可分别得到超细β-PbO和Pb3O4,借助XRD和SEM分别对产品的晶型、形貌和粒径进行表征。结果表明,PbCl2转化为PbCO3的平均转化率为99.87%,产品β-PbO以黄色斜方晶型为主,Pb3O4则全部为四方晶型,晶型良好,衍射谱线均不含其它杂质峰,粒子均为准球形,粒径分布较均匀。β-PbO粒径为375~815nm,Pb3O4粒径为315`440nm。
The PbCl2 is obtained from oxidizing-converting slag of Pb-Sb alloy by HCl-NaCl leaching, then it convert into PbCO3 with Na2CO3. On the basis of TG-DSC analysis of the precursor PbCO3 , the uhrafine β-PbO and Pb304 are prepared by pyrogenetic decomposition of PbCO3 under the condition of temperature 450℃ and 640℃ for 3h, respectively. The structures, morphologies, and particle sizes of β-PbO and Pb3O4 are characterized by XRD and TEM, respectively. The results show that the average conversion ratio of PbCl2 is 99.87%. β-PbO is mainly in orthorhombic crystal and the size in range of 375 -815nm, and Pb3O4 is completely in tetragonal Crystal and particle size range of 315 -440nm. They are in the quasi-spherical shape, uniform size distribution With fine crystal forms. And there are none of the impurity peaks observed in the XRD patterns.
