摘要
研究了包钢选矿厂尾矿经AlCl3或MgO脱氟后加碳氯化提取稀土的反应原理和工艺,考察了碳热氯化反应时间和脱氟剂对稀土提取率的影响。结果表明:700℃碳热氯化2h,在脱氟剂AlCl3存在下,稀土提取率可达77%;在脱氟剂MgO存在下,稀土提取率可达84%。
A carbochlorination treating technology for extracting rare -earths from concentrator's tailings after deflu- orination treatment by AlCl3 or MgO and its reaction principle was researched. The effects of carbochlorination reaction time and reaction temperature on the extraction yield of rare - earths were examined. The results showed that in the presence of defluorinating agent AlCl3, under the conditions of the temperature of corboehlorination reaction is 700℃ and the reaction time is 2h,the extraction yield of rare -earths can reach 77%. When the MgO is used as defluorinating agent, the extraction yield of rare- earths can reach 84%.
