摘要
                
                    薄膜主动预拉伸机构,主要由大胶辊、小胶辊、压辊、张紧辊、摆臂、导向辊、弹簧、差动变压器以及两级传动系统组成。该机构采用主动拉伸方式,设计了差动变压器、摆臂、拉簧组成的张紧力速差信号的监测环节,使出膜速度与缠绕速度相等,增加压辊作用,从而实现薄膜的主动拉伸。调速系统采用的是闭环PWM型变频调速系统。
                
                The initiative plastic film pre-stretch machinery consists of the big mucus roller, the small mucus roller, the press roller, the tension roller, the wabbly arm, the lead direction roller, spring, the differential transformer, and the two stage transmission system. The mechanism adopted initiative stretch way designed differential transformer, wabbly arm and spring composing the monitor tache for the tension force speed differential signal, and make the sending-film speed equal to winding speed. The differential transformer measures the wabbly arm' s displacement. Adding the press roller to realize the initiative sketching.
