摘要
针对纳米塑料加工过程中颗粒易团聚的问题,从纳米颗粒本身的特性进行分析;以层流与对流2方面说明微混合器的基本混合原理;对典型微混合器的设计方法、设计原理及应用场合进行了介绍,其中微静态混合器的设计主要考虑改变流道的形状,而微动态混合器的设计主要是借用各种外界能源的作用;提及微流动研究领域的热点之一——混沌混合,对引发混沌现象的几种微混合器从结构和原理上进行了分析。
Aiming at the aggregative problem of nano-particles occurred easily during nano-plastics processing, based on analysis from the characteristics of nano-particles themselves, and explaining from convection and laminar flow to get the mixing principles of microstructure mixer devices. The design-methods, principle and application fields of typical micro-mixer are presented, in which micro-static mixer consideration element is the shape of the changing flow channels and micro-dynamic mixer is application of external energies. As well as mentioned one of the hot topics chaotic mixing, analysis chaotic mixing phenomena of several micro-mixers based on their structures and principles.
