摘要
建立了合成激振力不通过筛箱质心时的筛箱振动模型,得到了筛箱的振动微分方程组及其解。分析结果表明,如果两振动电机的合成激振力不通过筛箱的质心,则筛箱上不同点处的振幅是不同的。因此在进行钻井液直线振动筛设计时,要综合考虑使用工况确定筛箱的质心,使两振动电机的合成激振力通过筛箱的质心,同时设计减振系统时要使减振器尽可能通过筛箱质心对称布置,从而使筛箱在处理钻井液时尽可能为理想的直线运动,从而使振动筛排出钻屑更加快而流畅,避免筛箱不规则的运动而影响振动筛的分离效果。
A vibration model of screening box with the resulting exciting force drifting off the screening box centroid is established, and the differential equations and solutions were obtained. The results show that the amplitudes are different in locations above and below the screening box when exciting force drifts off the screening box centroid. Therefore, the operating condition of shale shaker should be considered synthetically so that the resulting exciting force passes through centroid of screening box while designing the drilling fluid shale shaker. The vibrating absorbers should locate symmetrically in sieve case centroid which causes linear vibration when processing the drilling fluid. Therefore the displacement of cuttings is fast and smooth and avoids the irregular vibration of the screening box which impacts the separation results.
