摘要
为确定某后勤机动装备上车载装备、精密仪器等易损物资运输振动环境,在汽车试验场对SX2190越野汽车进行了运输振动试验。研究表明,车厢不同位置振动加速度峰值有很大差异,最大可相差1g;与国军标比较发现,SX2190运输振动环境要优于以往运输车辆试验环境。试验结果为易损军用物资的减振隔振设计、选型、模拟试验提供了数据基础。
Transportation vibration test was carried out for SX2190 cross-country vehicle to define the transportation vibration environment of fragile material, such as on vehicle equipment and precision apparatus. The result showed that different position of the carriage has great difference; the maximum difference is lg. The power spectrum density of the results was compared with GJB. It showed the transportation vibration'environment of the vehicle is better than previous one. The test results were used to choose or design the vibration isolation products and simulation tests of the transportation package.
