摘要
提出了利用灰色预测控制对纺织生产过程中温控系统进行控制.该算法采用改进的灰色模型对系统输出值进行预测,并采用单神经元PID控制器对控制量进行调整,使输出尽快达到设定值.以工业水浴锅温度控制为例,进行了仿真分析.结果表明,该方法能够使系统较快达到稳定,并有较好的自适应性和鲁棒性,证明了该算法的有效性.
Gray predictive control is proposed for temperature control system on textile production process. Improved gray model is used to predict the output of the system, and control quantity is adjusted by neuron PID controller, so the output can approach the set point fast. A study on the textile production processes′s temperature control system shows that this method can reach the stabilization as soon as possible, has great adaptability and robustness, and verifies its effectiveness.
