摘要
叶尖间隙对涡轮气动性能有较大影响,控制叶尖间隙可以提高涡轮的气动性能。通过在中国燃气涡轮研究院涡轮综合试验器上进行的两次变叶尖间隙对涡轮性能影响的试验研究,找出了叶尖间隙对涡轮气动性能影响的部分规律,对涡轮叶尖间隙的设计具有一定的参考价值。
It is known that tip clearance has a great influence on the aerodynamic performance of gas turbine. So we should pay more attention to this subject in order to improve turbine aerodynamic performance. This paper describes an experimental investigation focused on the effect of tip clearance on turbine performance in various conditions. The experimental investigation was made at China Gas Turbine Establishment. Some valuable results about this subject were obtained through experiments. These results may be useful for turbine tip clearance design.
