摘要
为适应我国高压输电线路维护和检修需要,研制了专用的铁塔攀爬机。该铁塔攀爬机为附着式的铁塔攀爬设备,主要由导轨架和吊笼组成。介绍了导轨架和吊笼的设计要点、完备的安全保护系统及性能特点。通过与国内外同类设备对比,说明了铁塔攀爬机适应我国输电线路维护检修实际需要。目前,该攀爬机已在特高压交流输电线路大跨越铁塔上安装应用,现场应用说明其具有较好的社会和经济效益。
A special tower climbing machine has been developed to meet the need of HV transmission line maintenance and repairing in China. The machine is an attaching type device, and consists of guide frame and hoist cage. The paper introduces their key design points, secure protective system and performances. Through performance comparison to both domestic and foreign similar devices the developed climber can suit to actual need of transmission line maintenance and repairing in China. The device has been installed and applied on large-crossing towers of UHV AC transmission line, and its field application shows its better economical and social benefits, and better applicable prospects.
