摘要
目的了解高尿酸血症患者疾病相关知识的掌握情况,指导护理人员有目的地进行健康教育。方法采用问卷调查法对127名高尿酸血症患者进行高尿酸血症相关知识认知、需求调查。结果高尿酸血症患者对高尿酸血症相关知识掌握情况较差,主动实施预防方法者35例,占27.56%,对相关知识的需求较高。结论高尿酸血症患者对高尿酸血症相关知识掌握情况存在不足,应加强针对性的健康教育,提高患者的防护意识,从而降低高尿酸血症的患病率。
Objective To investigate the disease - related knowledge in patients with hyperuricemia in order to provide empirical reference for health education. Method A tolal of 127 patients with hyperuricemia were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about the knowledge and demands related to hyperuri- cemia. Results In general,the disease - related knowledge in patients with hyperuricemia was poor. Only 27.56% of the patients could implemented the preventive measures actively. They showed high demands on health education. Conclusions The patients with hyperuricemia lack of sufficient disease - related knowledge. It is suggested to strengthen health education to improve the patients＇ prevention awareness and reduce the incidence rate of hyperuricemia.
