摘要
在一定条件下银离子和壳聚糖会发生络合作用,从而可制得稳定的抗菌整理剂。丙纶非织造布使用该整理剂进行抗菌整理,可以在其纤维表面形成不均匀抗菌膜,从而获得优良的抗菌效果。用银—壳聚糖复合抗菌整理剂整理过的丙纶非织造布对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有优异的抗菌效果。当抗菌剂用量为4%(owf),浴比为1∶20时,可以使非织造布既得到良好的抗菌效果,又能保持其良好的基本性能。
Stable anti-bacterial agent can be obtained through complexing reaction between chitosan and silver ion under certain condition. When the agent was applied to PP nonwovens, uneven anti-bacterial film would be formed then and behave excellent anti-bacterial effect. The test of PP nonwovens finished by anti-bacterial agent was demonstrated. PP nonwovens have superior anti-bacterial efficacy when contact with escheriehia coli and staphylococcus aureus. With 4% anti-baterial agent applied and 1:20 liquor ratio, nonwovens can reflect good anti-bacterial effect and also remain its original properties.
