摘要
由于试验时间和成本的限制,系统或元件的传统可靠性评估方法已很难适用;并且同类产品特定个体之间的可靠性存在着差异。为此,提出了一种基于退化数据的特定系统或元件的实时可靠性评估方法。采用平稳gamma过程描述系统或元件的退化过程并使用贝叶斯估计方法来实时更新其参数,在此基础上推导出精确检测和有误差检测下的系统或元件可靠度表达式。实验分析结果表明,提出的方法能实时地、更准确地评估出特定系统或元件的可靠度。这对航空航天设备的安全性有着重要意义。
The real-time reliability assessment approach based on degradation data for specific system or element was proposed because the traditional reliability assessment approach has been not suitable to the condition of less experimental time and cost, and the reliability of one of similar product is different from others. The stationary gamma process was employed to describe the degradation process of specific system or element and its parameter was updated by Bayesian estimation approach. Then, the reliability formulas of system or element under the condition of exact and inexact detection of degradation data were derived. The experment results show that the reliability assessment approach based on gamma process and Bayesian estimation can assess real-time and more accurately the reliability of special system or element so that it is important to the safety of aerospace equipments.
