摘要
在空气气氛下,采用高温固相法,用不同的锂源(Li2CO3、LiOH.H2O)和钴源(自制的-βCo(OH)2、CoOOH)分别合成了LiCoO2样品,通过XRD和电化学性能测试等方法,研究了不同原料对锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO2的结构和电化学性能的影响.结果表明:以LiOH.H2O为锂源,CoOOH为钴源,制备出的锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO2,其结构和电化学性能均较好.
In air,LiCoO2 was synthesized by high solid state reaction with different raws of Li and Co,such as Li2CO3 ,LiOH·H2O,and home-made/β-Co(OH)2 ,CoOOH. Through the analysis of XRD and electro-chemical properties, the effect of different raws on structure and properties of lithium ion battery positive material LiCoO2 was discussed. The results showed that LiCoO2 synthesized with LiOH·H2O and CoOOH revealed better structure and electro-chemical properties.
