摘要
研究了以菱锰矿为原料,采用硫酸分解、二氧化锰氧化除铁、石灰乳中和除铝、SDD除重金属、镁试剂除镁、碳酸氢铵沉淀制高纯碳酸锰的工艺。本法制备的产品,质量达互GB10503-89Ⅱ型一等品标准,锰的总收率达到83%以上。
The process for preparating high purity manganese car- bonate from rhodochrosite is studied. The ore is decomposed by sulfuric acid, the impurities, such as iron, aluminium, beavy metals and magnesium are removed by oxidization of MnO2, neutralization of lime milk, precipitations of SDD and magnesia reagent respectively. The quality of high purity manganese carbonate made by this method can meet the first grade of National standard GB10503 - 89 Ⅱtype. The total recovery rate of manganese can be upto 83%.
