摘要
以非洲菊粉色品种粉立新的幼蕾为外植体,选用MS为基本培养基,附加激素6-BA、KT和NAA,研究了不同激素浓度组合对外植体不定芽分化、增殖培养和生根培养的影响。结果表明,诱导芽的分化时以MS+6-BA7mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L的效果最佳;增殖培养以MS+6-BA0.3~0.4mg/L+KT0.2~0.3mg/L为佳;生根培养以Ms+NAA0.3mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L的培养基最好,生根率达100%。
The young buds of Fenlixin with pink color, a Gerbera jamesonii variety, were cultured on MS medium with different combination of 6-BA, KT and NAA concentration to study the effects of different hormone combinations on differentiation of adventitious buds, propagation and rooting culture. The results showed that the optimum medium to induce bud differentiation is MS+6-BA 7 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, the optimum medium of propagation culture is MS+6-BA 0.3-0.4 mg/L+KT 0.2-0, 3 mg/L and the optimum medium for 100% rooting rate is MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+ IAA 0.1 mg/L.
