摘要
目的:探讨bcl-2、p53的表达水平及其与胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal strornal tumor,GIST)的关系。方法:采用免疫组化检测53例GIST组织中bcl-2和p53的表达,并进行统计学分析。结果:性别与bcl-2、p53表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与GIST的瘤体直径、核分裂象差异亦均无统计意义(P>0.05);GIST的恶性程度与p53表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),GIST的恶性程度与bcl-2的表达阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。GIST恶性程度间与bcl-2表达程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);GIST恶性程度间与p53表达程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:随着GIST恶性潜能的增加,胃肠肿瘤bcl-2过表达可以作为判别GIST恶性程度的参考指标。p53与GIST的形成、发生与发展无关,且其表达率相对较低,特异性不强,作为判断GIST恶性程度的参考价值不大。
Objective：To investigate the relation between the expression of bcl-2 and p53 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GIST）. Methods：The expression of bcl-2 and p53 was detected in 53 cases of GIST by immunohistochemical technique, and the data was analyzed statistically. Results： The expression of bcl-2 and p53 in GIST was not significantlt different between the male and the female （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; There was no statistical significance between diameter and karyomitosis of GIST in these cases （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; There was no statistical significance between the expression of p53 and the malignancy of the GIST （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; There was statistical significance between the expression rate of bcl-2 and the malignancy of the GIST （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; There was statistical significance between the expression level of bcl-2 and the malignancy of the GIST（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;There was no statistical significance between the expression level of p53 and the malignancy of the GIST（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions：Over expression of bcl-2 indicates the malignancy of GIST. Therefore, bcl-2 may act as a reference index in assessing the malignancy degree of GIST. The expression of p53 has no correlation with the formation,occurrence and development of GIST. Its expression is relatively low and nonspecific, and is of little value in judging the malignancy degree of GIST.
