摘要
成本控制是企业物流管理的核心,企业通过对物流成本的控制可以有效推动物流合理化进程,提高企业的经济效益。通过成本控制对企业物流管理的重要性分析并介绍了我国企业物流成本管理的现状,提出了企业物流成本管理存在的问题和生产企业物流成本控制管理的对策。
Cost control is the core of corporate logistics management. Through the control of logistics cost, enterprises can effectively push forward logistics rationalization, and enhance their benefits. After the analysis of the importance of cost control for corporate logistics management, the article introduces the status quo of logistics cost management in our country, points out the problems in corporate logistics cost management, and suggests the tactics for the control and management of logistics cost.
