摘要
改革开放近20年来，在经济高速发展的同时，广东省的耕地面积急剧下降。如何协调好发展与资源的关系，已成为该省在实施可持续发展战略过程中亟待解决的突出问题之一。本文对1985-1995年广东省耕地面积减少的过程和原因做了较深入的分析，在保持该省耕地面积总量动态平衡的前提下，指出了现阶段仍存在的问题，并提出了解决上述问题的对策。
The cultivated land resources in Guangdong Province have decreased rapidly with its economy prosperity for nearly 20 years after the foundation of the Reform and Opening-up. How to coordinate the interaction of resources and development has become one of the outstanding problems on the way of the province to execute the strategy of sustainable development which needs to be resolved as quickly as possible.Based on the deeply analysis of the processes and reasons of cultivated land loss in Guangdong Province from 1985 to 1995, the authors pointed out the main problems at present and in the future, and present some solutions for the province to realize the target for dynamic equilibrium of the aggregate of its cultivated land area.
