摘要
新一代像增强器正在不断朝着微型化的方向发展,其中一个关键技术是产生高达6000V的高压微型电源模块,而选择合适的电路元件参数使模块微型化和性能提升。根据实际像增强器对电源系统的要求,从理论出发,结合工作实践,应对高压倍压产生电路进行数学建模,通过计算机仿真分析高压倍压电路的暂态工作过程,得出了电路的交流输入信号频率、倍压电容和输出负载等对倍压电路输出特性的影响,为设计高性能微型化像增强器电源提供依据。
The image intensifier is the core component of the night vision device. With extremely high gain, it amplifies light from an image so that a dim scene can be viewed by human eyes. A new generation of image intensifier is constantly moving in the direction of miniaturization. One of the key technologies is the design and realization of small power device with high - voltage up to 6000V. In this situation, the choice of suitable circuit parameters is very important for miniaturization and performance of power supply system. In this paper, according to the requirement of image intensifier high voltage supply system, it gives high - voltage circuit voltage mathematical modeling and computer simulation of circuit working process. At the same time, the effect on the output voltage characteristics of circuit is analyzed in detail from several aspects, such as AC input signal frequency, multiple voltage capacitor and output load resistance. The simulation results provide evidences for the design of proper power supply system.
