摘要
档案信息资源网络化是档案信息化的一个方面,对于促进档案事业的发展和档案资源的共享等具有重要意义。但目前在档案信息资源网络化的建设中还存在着档案网站建设参差不齐、前期准备工作不足、档案机构信息垄断、网络安全性较差等问题。对此,我们应制定档案信息化的中长期发展规划、把档案信息化和社会信息化及电子政务建设结合起来、建立网络共享体系、消除网络安全隐患、加大人员培训和资金投入,以促进我国档案事业的长足发展。
The networkization of archives information resources is one aspect of the archives information, it possesses of great significance in the development of promoting archives business and resource sharing etc. However, it＇s still existed the problems at present such as： The archives network sets up unevenly, the preparatory work in earlier stage is unsufficient, the information of archives organizations to be monopolized and the worse security of network etc. in the construction of networkization for archives information resource. In this regard, we should put in the medium ＆ long-terms development plan of the archives informatization, and combine with the archives informatization and social informatization as well as e-government building, to establish the networked sharing system, and elimination the hidden troubles of network security, as well as increase the staffs training and capital investment, so as to promote the archives Business development By leaps and bounds in our country.
