摘要
                
                    为解决示波器测量串行数据时群延迟对测试结果的影响问题,结合示波器对串行数据测量的原理和群延迟理论,通过对示波器带宽、滚降速率、平坦度、群延迟特点、探头负荷和回波损耗的分析,提出了在串行数据测试设备与串行数据发射机和接收机中进行群延迟补偿的方法。实验结果表明,该方法较大地减少了群延迟的影响,保证了数据传输的正确性。
                
                In serial data measurements of oscillograph, the results are affected by group delay. According to the principles of serial data measurement and group delay, the bandwidth of the oseillograph, roll-off rate, flatness, the characteristics of group delay, probe loading, return-loss had been analyzed. It had been proposed to compensate the group delay with both serial data test equipment and serial data transmitters and receivers. The result of test indicates the method decreases the effect of group delay, assures the validity of data transmission.
