摘要
应用PAM-STAMP冲压模拟软件,对TA2M钛合金板材U形弯曲成形及回弹过程进行了数值模拟预测,并对模拟结果进行了工艺试验验证,得到了板料厚度、轧制方向以及相对弯曲半径等参数对回弹影响的数值结果,并对结果进行了分析。
The processes of U-shaped bend-forming and springback of TA2M titanium alloy sheets were simulated using PAM - STAMP stamping simulation software. The simulation result was verified by a series of forming tests. Numerical results of the in- fluence of different parameters on the springback, which include thinkness of blank, rolling directions and relatively bending radius were obtained and analyzed.
