摘要
同步电机六相双Y绕组就电机内部而言实质上由十二相30°绕组连接而成。提出永磁同步电机采用十二相梯形波相电势输出,经共阳极连接十二相零式整流电路整流构成永磁无刷直流发电机。利用槽电势星形图分析输出电压特性,得到电枢绕组的设计原则。设计一台2kW梯形波永磁无刷直流发电机,建立发电机系统场路耦合模型,并进行有限元计算,得到整流二极管导通模态及导通电流特性。样机实验结果与理论及仿真分析一致,表明十二相梯形波永磁无刷直流发电机的整流二极管数目与六相双Y整流电路相同,输出电压脉动相当,但整流二极管平均电流降低一半。
As for interior configuration of generator, six phase Y-Y armature windings is essentially equivalent to twelve-phase symmetrical windings displaced in turn by 30°. Novel twelve-phase permanent magnet brushless DC generator was presented. Characteristic of output voltage was analyzed according to the star graph of slot potential, and the design principle of armature windings was provided. Prototype of 2 kW permanent magnet brushless DC generator was developed. Field-circuit coupled analysis of the generator system was realized. Conducted mode of rectified diodes and output characteristic were obtained. Experimental results of prototype generator confirm the theoretical analysis and simulation conclusion. It shows that the number of rectifier diodes in twelve-phase synchronous generator-rectifier system is as same as that of six-phase Y-Y rectifier system, and the average current value of rectifier diodes is reduced by half.
