摘要
进行了不同频率下的低频交变磁场处理消除焊接残余应力的试验，经过５Ｈｚ，１５Ｈｚ，３０Ｈｚ和５０Ｈｚ频率的低频磁场处理后，试样中的焊接残余应力都有不同程度的下降，其中拘束焊接试样经５Ｈｚ磁场处理后局部横向残余应力下降率超过４５％。
The research on low frequency alternating magnetic treatment for residual stress reduction was carried out. By alternating magnetic treatment of 5Hz, 15Hz, 30Hz and 50Hz, the residual stresses of welded specimen are reduced by different degrees and the reduction rate of local transverse stress in some restraint welded specimens caused by magnetic treatment of 5Hz is more than 45%.
