摘要
目的:为了解广东省免疫规划人力资源与冷链设备的现况,探讨可能存在的不足及今后的发展。方法:对广东省的市、县、乡镇三级疾病预防控制机构进行问卷调查,调查结果结合有关报表资料进行统计分析。结果和结论:广东省免疫规划工作在人力资源与冷链系统建设方面整体较为合理,但在加强基层免疫规划队伍的稳定性以及素质提升方面任务也较为迫切,同时进行进一步完善冷链建设机制的研究也很必要。
Objective： In order to understand the current situation in provincial Expanded program on immu- nization （EPI） related its human resource and cold chain equipment in Guangdong to explore the possibility for future development. Methods： Questionnaire survey had been applied in the cities, counties and township level of Disease Control and Prevention Centers. Results and suggestions： General speaking the provincial EPI human resource and eol^t chain system axe much reasonable in Guangdong. It is an urgent need to improve EPI human resource team sta- bility and enforce their quality, further improve the cold chain establishment.
