摘要
针对现有雕刻机的一些不足,提出了一种基于RT-Linux的雕刻机数控系统。介绍了RT-Linux系统的系统结构和工作原理,叙述了雕刻机控制系统软硬件结构,并且通过一个控制实例,阐述了基于RT-Linux雕刻机数控系统的设计方法。实践证明,基于RT-Linux的雕刻机数控系统满足实时性要求,模块化的软件设计有利于系统的扩展与维护。
In this paper,aiming at some of the existing shortage of engraving machine,a RT-Linux based on the engraving machine numerical control system is proposed.This paper introduces the system structure and working principle of RT-Linux, describes the structure of hardware and software of engraving machine control system,and exptains the design toothed of the RT-Linux based on the engraving machine numerical control system through a control example.
