摘要
目的了解安徽省部分医院洁净手术部综合性能达标情况及存在问题。方法采用仪器采样法和自然沉降法,对安徽省18所省、市、县及部队医院洁净手术部的洁净度、微小气候和生物颗粒指标进行了评价。结果在洁净系统运行至规定时间后的无人情况下,所监测的62间洁净手术室中除特别洁净手术室的截面风速、准洁净手术室的换气次数的合格率分别为77.8%、44.4%外,其它各级洁净手术室各项技术指标合格率均达到88.9%以上。152间洁净辅助用房与同等级别的洁净手术室相比较,尘埃粒子数、沉降菌数、最低照度、噪声等指标的合格率明显偏低。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级洁净辅助用房风速、换气次数合格率分别为47.4%、66.7%、63.6%、64.7%。结论安徽省部分医院的洁净手术室主要洁净技术指标合格率较高;特别洁净手术室、准洁净手术室、洁净辅助用房的截面风速、换气次数合格率较低。
Objective To know the comprehensive performance of clean operating departments in some hospitals in Anhui Province. Methods Sampling with instruments and sedimentation methods were used to evaluate the cleanliness, microclimate and biological particle index of clean operating departments in 18 provincial, municipal, county -level and army hospitals of Anhui province. Resdts Among the 62 unoccupied clean operating rooms monitored, after the cleaning system ran for specified time, except the eligible rate of wind velocity was 77.8% and that of air exchange frequency was 44.4% in special clean operating rooms, the eligible rates of various technical indexes in other clean operating rooms at different levels were not less than 88.9%. 152 clean auxiliary rooms were also tested, their eligible rates of dust particle number, sedimenting bacterial count, least intensity of illumination and noise were obviously lower than those of clean operating rooms at the same levels. The eligible rates of wind velocity and air exchange frequency were 47.4% in class - Ⅰ rooms, 66.7% in class - Ⅱrooms, 63.6% in class - Ⅲrooms and 64.7% in class - Ⅳrooms. Condusion The eligible rates of main clean indexes of clean operating rooms in some hospitals in Anhui Province were comparatively high. The eligible rates of wind velocity and air exchange frequency of special clean operating rooms, paraelean operating rooms and clean auxiliary rooms were low.
