不同消费模式下虚拟水消费比较 被引量:17

The Comparison of Virtual Water Consumption Among Various Consumption Patterns

摘要 水资源是产品生产的基本、必要的投入,不同的产品消费模式对水资源利用有着很大的影响,分析和度量这种影响作用对于水资源的可持续利用及可持续消费模式的构建等都有着重要的意义。以甘肃省1992-2005年虚拟水消费量为例,分析消费模式对虚拟水消费量的影响作用之后,通过设定3种消费模式调整方案,并分别核算和比较了3种调整方案的虚拟水节约情况。研究结果表明:在这14年中人均虚拟水消费量在减少,与1992年相比,2005年人均消费量减少了43%;消费项目中粮食产品虚拟水消费量减少最显著,而奶类增加幅度最大;人口数据对环境影响有放大的作用,控制虚拟水人均消费量是减少虚拟水消费的关键所在;以产品链中位置低的产品替代位置高的产品,可以减少当前消费模式下的虚拟水消费量。 Water resource is the basic and necessary input in the process of production and various consumption patterns of products and goods cause different impacts on the water resource using. It is very important to analyze and measure those different influences, which is especially good for the sustainability of water resource, construction of sustainable consumption pattern and the implementation of integrated water resottrce management. In this article, the virtual water consumption of Gansu province in the period of 1992 - 2005 is taken as a case study to analyze the relationship between the consumption pattern and virtual water. Then, three replaceable patterns presumed to examine and measure the change of virtual water. Based the results of this article, the per capita virtual water have decreased 43% and the total virtual water 40% in 2005 compared with to virtual water consumption in 1992. The quantity of food consumption decreased and the milk increased evidently. The key factor to decline of the virtual water is the per capita virtual water consumption taken as the "quality" aspect of the viaual water, and in the product chain, the products in the lower ranks taking place of the products in the higher ranks can reduce the consumption of virtual water at the current consumption mode.
