摘要
水相悬浮压力法生产氯化聚乙烯反应条件为高温高压,且反应釜搅拌轴转速高,其旋转轴封存在易漏易损的缺点,故在结构设计上要求旋转轴密封性能好且易于维修更换。针对以上问题,结合螺旋密封与机械密封两者的结构特点,分析设计出一种新型的剖分式螺旋机械密封装置,能够达到较好的密封性能,且易于维修更换。
The chlorination is reacting under high-speed high temperature and high pressure. So, the shaft seal for this reactor must have high performance and be easy to exchange. According to the requirements, a new type of seal combination (a combination of split seal and spiral seal) has been designed, combined with the merits of the two sealed above to achieve better sealing performance and easy-exchanging.
