摘要
本文从经济发展水平、资源禀赋差异和区域经济一体化的角度,分析两岸农业合作的基础、现状及存在的问题,指出建立"共同市场"是深化两岸农业合作的最佳选择。阐述和提出应借鉴内地与港澳谈判CEPA的做法,利用海峡两岸农业实验区及台湾农民创业园先建立农业经济合作体,划定一些区域结合农业经济合作体推行次区域经济合作,从而最终建立"两岸共同市场",促进两岸和平发展。
This article from the angles of economy development level, resources talent difference and economic integration, analyzes the foundation, present situation and existence question of agricultural cooperation between two sides of Taiwan Straits. And it pointed out that establish ＂common market＂ is the best choice that deepens agricultural cooperation between two sides of Taiwan Straits. This paper proposes that inland and Hong Kong, Macao negotiates the CEPA procedure should be reference. Using two sides of Taiwan Straits agriculture experimental plot and Taiwan farmer pioneering garden establishment agricultural economy cooperation body, delimits some region, to carry out regions economic cooperation, promotes two sides of Taiwan Straits peace development.
