摘要
设计了一种以MSP430F147单片机为核心的电磁制动器数字控制系统。调制生成的数字控制信号作用于晶闸管上,通过灵活、精确地控制晶闸管的导通角来调节电磁线圈中电流的大小,实现对电磁制动器的数字化控制。同时采用数字PID反馈调节策略,利用霍尔电流传感器采集电磁线圈中的电流实际值,单片机利用反馈信号调整控制信号,实现对电磁制动器的闭环控制。数字化闭环设计增强了控制系统的精确性和抗干扰能力,提高了制动器的可靠性。该系统已成功应用于某港口翻车机定位车的电磁制动器上。
The design of electromagnetic arrester's digital control system based on the MSP430 is introduced.The digital control single is modulated and targeted on SCR,the current in the electromagnetic coil is regulated accurately,through adjusting SCR on-angle flexibly,which achieves digital control of the electromagnetic arrester.At the same time a digital PID feedback regulation strategy is applied, by which the real current in the electromagnetic coil is sampled with Hall current sensor,and the control single is regulated by means of the feedback signal,which achieves the closed-loop control of the electromagnetic arrester.These enhance the digital control system's accuracy and reliability.The digital control system is successfully used to the electromagnetic arrester of tipper at some seaports now.
