挤压及剪切作用对油菜籽粒发芽率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探明油菜播种、收获及烘干贮藏过程中的机械损伤对油菜籽粒发芽率的影响,对手工剥壳获得的新鲜油菜籽与商品籽进行挤压及剪切作用试验.结果表明,剪切、挤压作用对油菜籽粒发芽有明显的影响,在未受外部机械力作用下,新鲜籽和商品籽的发芽率分别为98%、96%.在维持其发芽率的情况下,新鲜籽承受的最大挤压、剪切力分别为9、10N,而商品籽的最大承受力分别为8、7N,超过最大承载力时,新鲜籽和商品籽的发芽率显著下降. Through make extrusion and shear experiments on fresh rapeseeds which obtained by manual shell and commodity rapeseeds which entered the domain of circulation, by means of the rate of seed germination to measure the rapeseed's ability to bear extrusion and shear. Trial results show that the shear and extrusion force affect the rate of seed germination obviously, in the case of no eternal mechanic force, the rate of seed germination of fresh rapeseeds and commodity rapeseeds are 98% and 96% respectively. In the case of maintaining the rate of seed germination, the maximum force of extrusion and shear that the fresh rapeseeds could carry are 9 N and 10 N and the commodity rapeseeds are 8 N and 7 N .Therefore, rapeseeds in the process of mechanical processing at different stages should strictly control the size of external load. Once over their maximum bearing capacity, both the ratio of fresh rapeseeds and that commodity rapeseeds would decrease.
